My First Blog
My First Blog
Tervetuloa! (or as they say in english, Welcome!)
I have decided to start this blog as a way of sharing my stories and experiences with those that are interested in learning more about Finland, to see pictures of the landscapes and natural beauty, have a look into the life I have here, or you know, to have a good laugh once in a while.
My hope is for those back in the states or wherever you may be can have a better look into how life is here than what is posted on my Facebook page and to go more into detail than I can anywhere else.

I hope along the way my readers can give me suggestions as to what kind of topics they want to hear about and answer any questions there may be.
As I am still learning how to do this blog I do not have a set day to post a new blog each week but my goal is to have one new post each week after I get the ball rolling. So until I have more figured out please let me know what you are interested in reading about and any questions or comments so I can go from there.

Congratulations Steph!! Let your artistic talents blossom with your new blog. I enjoy your Facebook posts and love it all. I'm sure Finland is a mystery to many of our friends as it is to me. Since you are new to the country just keep posting of your adventures and we'll be along for the ride!
ReplyDeleteStephanie, I'm a friend of Linda Fox.
ReplyDeleteI saw she made Pannukakku from your recipe, and I plan to try and make it too.
I'm an American living in Germany.
I understand about not speaking the language
although fortunately for me many Germans speak English.
I love hearing about traditions especially holiday traditions.
